Friends Like Us is a safe, judgment-free space where neurodivergent youth ages 12-14 can practice social skills, build confidence, and connect with peers who understand their experience.

This group is perfect for teens who:

  • Have difficulty reading emotions or taking others' perspectives

  • Need a supportive place to practice being themselves

What We'll Cover:

Over 7 weeks, participants will learn how to read social cues and body language, manage anxiety in social situations, start and maintain conversations, handle conflicts and misunderstandings, practice flexible thinking, and build genuine, lasting friendships.

Using evidence-based DBT and CBT skills through interactive games, role-plays, and real-world practice, teens develop practical tools they can use every day.

Group Details:

  • When: Thursdays, 4:30-5:45 pm

  • Dates: January 22 - March 5, 2026 (7 weeks)

  • Location: 94 Northwoods Blvd, Suite B1, Columbus 43235

  • Group Size: Limited to 5-6 participants for individualized attention

  • Investment: $525 for the complete program (payment plans available)
